Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding: Perform various types of welding (MIG, TIG, stick) on metal components and structures according to specifications.
• Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts to create structures and equipment as required.
• Inspection: Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other trades and project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and inspections completed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a welder in a construction or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
