Job Description

Copperbelt Innov is seeking a competent Warehouse Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will ensure that warehouse operations are efficient, secure, and comply with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and implement stock control procedures.
• Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

Education
