Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:
Zambezi Tours is seeking friendly and attentive Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
