JOB DETAILS:

In line with our corporate priorities aimed at ensuring optimization of revenue collection and increased tax compliance on one hand and the need to effectively manage the numerous challenges and opportunities in the fast-changing business environment on the other, we are seeking highly motivated, result-oriented, well-qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacant positions:

67.0 WAITER – GRADE (1 POSITION) – HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

Reporting directly to the Head chef, you will be responsible for ensuring quality services are offered at the restaurant and everything is in place.

1. MAIN DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensuring timely serving of clients in the restaurant;
• Ensuring there is enough equipment in the kitchen for the restaurant;
• Liaising with the chef with regards to the menu of the day; and
• Attending to queries from clients concerning food politely.

1. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade Twelve School Certificate/General Certificate of Education Equivalent;
• Certificate in Food Production and/or Food and Beverage; and
• One (1) experience in waiter services.
