Job Overview:
As a Veterinary Doctor, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the well-being of pets and livestock while promoting preventive health measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations of animals to diagnose health issues.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including surgical procedures if necessary.
• Administer vaccinations, medications, and preventive care.
• Educate pet owners on animal health, nutrition, and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow-up on patient care.
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Stay updated on advancements in veterinary medicine and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program.
• Valid licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Zambia.
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate and dedicated to animal welfare.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
