Vehicle Management Supervisor

Job Responsibility：

1. Application and renewal of the company’s transport-related licences:

1) Owned vehicle transport qualification；

(2) Cross-border transport qualification for own vehicles；

(3) Company vehicle insurance and annual inspection；

2.Owned vehicle management:

1) Responsible for the choice of transport routes of own vehicles, follow-up the transport efficiency,etc., to meet the company’s transport needs and enhance the efficiency of the use of vehicles;

2) own vehicle maintenance work arrangements, reporting external maintenance and internal maintenance, supervision and improvement of own vehicle maintenance record sheet registration and updating, responsible for own vehicle routine maintenance and repair.

3)Assisting in the planning and management of the operation routes of own vehicles.

4) Assist in managing the cost of own vehicles, responsible for (fuel/tyre/maintenance, etc.);

5)Assisting in the management of own vehicle driver team, driver recruitment, including interview and road test;

6)Assist in the development of process systems related to the management of owned vehicles (vehicle scheduling system, driver management system, etc.), supervise and promote the implementation;

7)Assist in the handling of accidents of owned vehicles and the follow-up of insurance claims;

8) Assist in regular safety training for drivers, and daily business operation promotion and training;

Qualification：

1.Bachelor degree

2.More than 2 years experience in owned vehicle management，trailer driver team management experience；

3.Familiar with vehicle repair, maintenance, and other related knowledge；

4.Possess good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, emphasize work safety and vehicle maintenance, and ensure the safety and stability of fleet operations.
