The consultant will provide water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) technical expertise to USAID/Zambia’s Office of Economic Development and Environment (EDEV), as requested. This work may include providing leadership, advisory support and technical guidance on WASH activity design, procurement and programming, including integration of emerging climate change, emergency health and food security priorities.
