Job Description

Copperbelt Innov is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Agent to assist clients with their travel arrangements. The successful candidate will provide expert advice, book travel services, and ensure a smooth travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour packages.
• Provide travel information and advice to clients.
• Book and issue tickets, reservations, and travel documents.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client details.
• Stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in travel and tourism is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Education
