Job Description

Copperbelt Innov is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to provide engaging and informative tours for our clients. The successful candidate will ensure that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours for groups and individuals.
• Provide information about historical, cultural, and natural sites.
• Answer questions and engage with tour participants.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of guests during tours.
• Develop and update tour scripts and materials.
• Coordinate tour logistics and schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in tourism or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Knowledge of local history, culture, and attractions.
• Ability to manage groups and handle logistics.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in tourism or related fields is a plus.
