Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding account balances, services, and products.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and manage cash drawer.
• Promote bank products and services to enhance customer relationships.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or banking role preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash accurately.
