Job Description:
OneZambia is looking for a Systems Analyst to analyze and improve our IT systems and processes. The Systems Analyst will work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and design effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate current IT systems and processes
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Design and recommend system enhancements and solutions
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement changes
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Proficiency in systems analysis tools and MS Office
