Surveyor

Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is seeking a qualified and experienced Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing maps, and providing accurate measurements to support various projects. Your expertise in surveying techniques and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Land Surveys: Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques, including GPS, total stations, and leveling instruments. Prepare accurate measurements and maps for construction and development projects.
• Data Analysis: Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and site conditions. Prepare reports and visual representations of survey findings.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to provide surveying support for construction projects. Ensure that survey data aligns with project specifications and requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to surveying practices. Obtain necessary permits and approvals for surveying activities.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their surveying needs and provide updates on project progress. Address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in surveying technology and techniques. Recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies to enhance surveying efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Valid professional surveying license.
• 3+ years of experience in land surveying, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in surveying software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
