We are recruiting!!
Our client in Zambia is looking for a Store Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the retail industry.

• Manage strategy, plan and financials of the entire store together with management team.
• Must perform Store finance and admin role (if no SAM) to ensure smooth running of the cash office.
• Drive trading and density of the store through department managers and coordinators.
• Drive shop keeping disciplines and ensure to score 85% and above Audit scores.
• Managing teams and people
• Possesses detailed information about a product or service, its qualities/properties and uses/applications
• Selling skills, Persuades client to buy a product or service
• Makes a proposal that is acceptable to the client by drawing on product knowledge.

• C&GM (& Foods where relevant) Retail Store operations competence

• Constantly seek opportunities within and outside the store to increase sales and maximize returns on space and stock

• Commercial qualification e.g. Retail Business Management Diploma or relevant degree and Full Grade 12
• Three references of conduct (work and personal)
• Previous experience in the Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry, would be advantageous.
• Computer Literacy Skills- able to use MS Word and Excel
• Relevant experience competent and successful in-service industry.
