Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational/training providers to expand our network and drive business growth.
  • Enrolment Excellence: Play an active role in assisting the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake, ensuring our goals are met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Insights: Analyse customer feedback data to continuously assess the satisfaction level with our products and services, making data-driven improvements.
  • Program Management Support: Collaborate with program management team members to maximize student enrolment and program success.
  • Training and Development: Host and facilitate business meetings and training sessions for new recruiting partners to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
  • Strategic Insight: Provide valuable insights into product development and competitive positioning to stay ahead in the market.
  • Financial Strategy: Analyse financial data and devise effective strategies to optimize business costs while increasing company profitability.
  • Team Support: Assist the team in achieving student recruitment targets and support team members in maximizing enrolment.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approaches to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Partnership Building: Engage with potential partners, present our offerings, and negotiate mutually beneficial business deals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in a leadership role within the student recruitment industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles and strategy.
