The Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll spearhead our engineering endeavors, overseeing a talented team of developers and guiding the development of our core payment and transaction systems. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the architecture of our payment solutions, ensuring utmost security and efficiency.

Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Fintech, specifically in developing payment systems and transaction flows.
• Strong background in software architecture and security protocols.
• Leadership experience, preferably in a hands-on coding and team management role.
• Proficiency in PHP/Laravel and AWS.

Responsibilities
• Lead the development and continual enhancement of our payment processing technology.
• Design robust and secure architectural solutions for payment transactions.
• Mentor and cultivate a team of skilled software engineers.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Actively contribute to the codebase and review team contributions.
• Align technical objectives with the company’s strategic vision.
