Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are executed according to plans, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor work progress and address any issues or delays.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
