Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations at our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction crews.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Maintain detailed and accurate site reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
