Job Description

Seed Secondary School is seeking a compassionate and experienced School Counsellor to support the mental health and well-being of our students. The successful candidate will provide individual and group counselling, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with staff to create a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling to students.
• Develop and implement intervention plans for students with emotional, social, or behavioural issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student well-being.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on mental health and well-being topics.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in counselling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• Valid counselling certification.
• Strong knowledge of counselling principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
