Sales Manager – With minimum 4 years experience compulsorily in the marine trading and boat maintenance field, capable of independently managing its business operations.
Duties:
Develop and execute an Operational Plan that aligns with the Strategic Plan, sales strategy and targets.
Execute and maintain sales processes and initiatives in accordance with a documented Operational Plan.
Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with marketing strategy, processes and initiatives.
Ensure that sales operations are conducted within the constraints of the departmental budget.
Define operating plans, processes and procedures, working with the existing Sales Manager
