Job Description:

Apex is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our construction team. The Roofer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofs, including shingles, metal, and flat roofs.
• Inspect roofs to determine the best repair or replacement approach.
• Remove old roofing materials and debris.
• Apply roofing materials, such as asphalt, tar, and sealants.
• Ensure roofing projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Follow safety protocols and building codes.
• Maintain roofing tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.

Education:

• Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Proficiency with roofing tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in roofing work.
