Job Description: ZamGrow Enterprises is looking for an experienced Risk Manager to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze potential risks.
• Develop risk management strategies and policies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and report findings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in risk management software and MS Office.

Education:
