Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Your insights and findings will play a vital role in shaping our initiatives and improving operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection: Conduct thorough research using various sources, including market reports, academic journals, and industry publications. Gather quantitative and qualitative data relevant to the organization’s goals.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies. Create data visualizations and reports to present findings effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, conclusions, and recommendations for stakeholders. Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their research needs and provide tailored insights to inform project development and strategy.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization. Monitor market conditions and provide timely analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Project Management: Assist in the management of research projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are produced to a high standard.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to research methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data collection and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in research analysis or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
