A well-known NGO that strives to address the needs of underserved communities across Africa is looking for a Coordinator to join its team. You will have to be a proactive individual who is tech-savvy and has about 2 years of professional work experience in coordinating teams virtually across multiple countries. The right candidate for this job should have a functioning wifi connection, a laptop, a valid passport and back up power to work online.
2 Offers were extended. Unfortunately, one of the candidates declined the offer due to her taking up her PhD studies. The other candidate has successfully begun her induction training. Facilitate and maintain regular communication with members in the region
Project planning, oversight and quality control of programs
Review draft donor proposals and budgets compiled by team members for presentation to the Strategist.
Coordination of donor reporting
Establish professional relationships with members, partners, and other key constituencies.
Coordinate monitoring efforts, measuring results and impact of programmes, and activities in liaison with the head office including reporting on developments and trends in the Region
Provide operational and logistical support towards the implementation of project activities and the fulfilment of the regional objectives

Diploma in Administration or related field with relevant professional work experience in Coordinating Projects / Project Management
Google Suite, Zoom, Dropbox, Asana and other project management tools, MS office (Word, Excel, PPT) and basic problem shooting for technology (setting up tools, synchronising apps, internet connectivity)
