Our client, a leading player in the energy and telecom sector seeks a Receptionist to coordinate activities around the front desk/reception area.

Interacts With
Management, employees, visitors and clients
JOB DESCRIPTION
Answering and directing phone calls
Offering warm reception to visitors and clients
Coordinate activities around the front desk/reception
Direct visitors and clients/customers to their desired destinations
File and keep record of activities in the office for easy retrieval and review when due, and sending to the relevant department personnel
Perform keyboarding/data entry functions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain company’s event calendars. Keep records all events to hold in the organization and notifies respective department when due
Copy, file, and maintain paper or records and electronic documents of visitors
Organizes the reception of visitors (hotel bookings, airport reception, car hire etc.)
