For a well-established multinational company dealing with logistics and freight forwarding is looking for a Temporary Receptionist for their office.
Should have good communication skills and telephone etiquettes. Manage incoming/outgoing couriers, etc, coordinate with other departments and for office supplies, knowledge in preparing LPO, quotations and invoice, Manage hotel/ travel bookings.
Must be excellent in English and have good skills in MS Office, preparing power point presentations, reports, etc.
A degree holder
