Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and support throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Provide market insights and advice on property values.
• Negotiate deals and prepare contracts.
• Maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• Valid real estate license.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
