Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs related to construction and engineering projects, ensuring that financial aspects are handled effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate costings.
• Conduct cost control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Monitor and report on project expenses and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Proficiency in cost management software.

Education:
