JOB DETAILS:
Palmridge Properties Construction Ltd is currently seeking to employ a highly skilled intern quantity surveyor to fill one vacant position.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Innovative and Proactive
- Ability to work out costings,quotations, bill of quantities and tender documents
- Ability to collabrate with team members
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to interpret blueprinyt (construction) drawings.
- proficiency in negotion skills
- keen attention to detail and exceptionaly responsible
- Time managment skills
