JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Property Manager here in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be:
- Managing all aspects of a large housing estate
- Designing business plans for the estate that meet the set guidelines
- Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet the standards
- Day to day running of the estate
- Managing all aspects of assigned properties including adherence to the estate building guidelines, security personnel, office personnel, estate personnel
- Review building plans with qualified personnel for new buildings to ensure guidelines are being adhered to
- Inspect and arrange maintenance of utilities and built infrastructure such as water supply network, sewer network, electricity, roads to meet estate standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with owners and tenants alike
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
- Oversee office personnel and give assessment reviews where required.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Construction, Engineering related field or Equivalent
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in Construction Supervision. Maintenance of built Infrastructure

Operational Requirements
- Must be a member of relevant Regulation Institute

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
