Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Ensure properties comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and manage property budgets and financial records.
• Conduct property inspections and enforce lease agreements.
• Market vacant properties and screen potential tenants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Property Manager.
• Strong knowledge of property management software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
