Official Diary – Records accurately and timely appointments in order to facilitate decision making
Telephone Communication – Attends to and makes telephone calls timely in order to facilitate communication.
Typing – Attends to and makes telephone calls timely in order to facilitate communication.
Confidential Mail – Attends regularly to confidential correspondence in order to facilitate transmission
Shorthand – Takes accurately dictation in order to facilitate transcribing into mailable correspondence and documents
Visitors – Attends timely to visitors in order to extend hospitality
Beverages and Refreshments – Undertakes effectively the acquisition and serving of beverages and refreshments to officers and visitors in order to extend hospitality.
3 years plus
Degree in Office Management or equivalent
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Preparation of Board papers
Write comprehensive reports and communicate effectively in English
Must have worked for a statutory body or an established international organization
