Our Client, one of the leading Law firms in Zambia seeks to recruit a Personal Assistant. Main duties are to manage schedules for company executive(s). Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s). In addition a Degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field will be required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings

Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive

Prioritize emails and respond when necessary

Coordinate travel arrangements

Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Experience

3 years plus

Education Level

Diploma Level

Qualifications

Degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant field will be required

Software

Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
