About the Role

You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Office Manager, four VPs and the wider Strategy & Development team.  You will be expected to manage general activities related to the department’s adherence to established policies, goals, and objectives in relation to all matters.

About You

You will be educated to graduate or diploma standard, with minimum five to seven years’ experience in a similar administrative role supporting senior management. Prior experience working in a dynamic and busy deadline driven environment. You should be fluent in spoken and written  English with advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
