Job Description

Lusaka Medicals is seeking a skilled and dedicated Paramedic to provide emergency medical services. The successful candidate will respond to emergency calls, provide pre-hospital care, and transport patients to medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and provide pre-hospital care.
• Assess patients’ conditions and provide appropriate treatment.
• Administer medications and perform advanced life support procedures.
• Transport patients to medical facilities for further treatment.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
• Ensure the readiness and maintenance of emergency medical equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Emergency Medical Services or Paramedicine.
• Valid certification as a Paramedic in Zambia.
• Strong clinical and emergency response skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress situations.

Education

• Diploma or degree in Emergency Medical Services or Paramedicine.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic.
