Responsibilities:
– Manage courier acquisition and relationships with courier companies.
– Create effective operational flows in courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet and partner relations management.
– Make data-driven decisions for more accurate, efficient, safe and optimal warehouse and last mile operations.
– Control key metrics of all courier companies.
Requirements:
– Must have experience with Last Mile, Logistics express operations;
– Possess structured mind and excellent written, verbal communication skills;
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple priorities, deadline-oriented;
– Ability and desire to build;
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic technology awareness, SQL will be an advantage);
