Capsule Arts is looking for a full time Office Administrator to join their office. The suitable candidate will assist the Directors of Capsule Arts to ensure smooth day-to-day running of a busy office. T he role will require a combination of proven office administration experience and excellent communication skills.

Key job responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls
Providing concierge services to company visitors
Ensuring the office areas are maintained to an excellent standard
Sourcing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and external contractors
Assisting the team with project logistics (shipping, ordering, invoicing)
Booking travel for the team
Assisting the team with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties
In order to apply for this position, you must have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role, as well as a proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. You will be approachable, friendly and have a hands-on and practical approach to your work, as well as an excellent telephone manner. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be immaculately presented at all times, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. Enthusiasm and high energy levels are a must for this position, in addition to being a team player and having flawless attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
