JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
- Nursing degree with midwifery background.
- Valid practicing license from NMCZ.
- Management or leadership training.
- Minimum of 3 year work experience in nursing administration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing staff.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with medical and nursing protocols and standards.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
- Provide antenatal and postnatal services to expecting and breastfeeding mothers.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for patient well-being.
- Implement and enforce infection control protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in nursing and midwifery practices.
