Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ progress and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Valid nursing license to practice in Zambia.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus.
