JOB DETAILS:
• A retail pharmacy is in need of a Locum Pharmacist to fill a temporary role, ensuring seamless pharmacy operations. Responsibilities include dispensing prescriptions, advising patients, and maintaining pharmaceutical stock, upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:
• Dispensing and distributing medication accurately and safely
• Supervising pharmacy technicians and assistants
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
• Advising patients and healthcare providers on medication use and potential side effects
• Managing pharmacy inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Keeping accurate records of medication dispensing and patient information
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Active licenses to practice pharmacy
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems and software
  • Knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, and dosage requirements
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
