Job Description: ZamGrow Enterprises is looking for a Loan Officer to evaluate, authorize, and recommend approval of loan applications for individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation.
• Conduct credit checks and financial assessments.
• Approve or reject loan requests based on credibility and risk.
• Meet with applicants to determine their financial needs and goals.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of lending products and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in loan processing software and MS Office.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
