IT Support Technician

Position Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and helping others. This role involves providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that all IT systems operate effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and assist in the procurement of new equipment.
• Create and update user documentation and support materials.
• Provide training and support to employees on new software and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
