Inventory Control Specialist

Position: Inventory Controller

Reporting To: Financial Controller

Role Overview:To provide an efficient and on-time Inventory level management and administration in compliance with AOI (Alliance One International) Policy.

Key Responsibilities: Inventory management , control and costing  Plans for, administers the (MRP) material requirement planning and provides on time Inventory management in compliance with the procedures and systems.  Monitors the procurement and stores budget and justifies over expenditure to the procurement and stores manager on a monthly basis.  Oversees, checks weekly and maintains the inventory in line with requirements.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience  Full Grade 12 Certificate  Minimum Degree in Accounting or similar/related field  Experience in Inventory management , control and costing  SAP system experience desirable  Knowledge of factory and warehousing processes and procedures added advantage.
