Instructional Designer needed to work with a luxury hospitality chain who are looking to hire an Instructional Designer
This is a brand new and exciting opportunity to join an established Learning and Development team who are looking to expand over the next 12 months.
This role will be instrumental in the design and development of instructional material for training purposes.
You will be responsible for analysis, project management, course development and evaluation. As the role develops, there may be the need to hire a Curriculum Developer, this role would then become a key report to the position.
The successful candidate should have experience of working within a similar position and be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of ID principles.
You may be asked to provide a portfolio of design evidence which would meet or exceed the company’s current expectations.
You should also show demonstrable experience of your involvement with key business projects.
Experience within hospitality would be advantageous but not essential. Ideally you should be based within the Zambia, however candidates willing to relocate to Solwezi will also be considered.
