Job Description

Copperbelt Innov is seeking a creative and innovative Industrial Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing products that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop product designs from concept to completion.
• Conduct research on market trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and present design proposals and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Revise designs based on feedback and testing results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
• Strong creative and technical skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

Education
