JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Basic training in hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Understanding of infection control procedures.
- Physical fitness for performing cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the clinic facility.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Sterilize and clean medical equipment and instruments.
- Dispose of medical waste following proper protocols
- Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
- Follow infection control procedures to prevent the spread of infections.
- Collaborate with other staff members to address hygiene-related concerns.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Attend training on hygiene protocols and procedures.
- Adhere to clinic policies and guidelines related to cleanliness and hygiene.
