HR Manager
Our company is seeking a qualified HR Manager to lead and manage our HR functions in Lusaka. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, staff development, policy localization, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Zambian labour laws. Key responsibilities will include Leading recruitment, onboarding, and staff management; Align HR policies with business objectives; Manage performance reviews and HR systems, foster a positive, inclusive work environment and Handle employee concerns, and implement retention strategies.
Minimum requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or acceptable qualification in HR or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (preferred).
