Qualifications:

• Minimum of Diploma in Hospitality management
• Must be a Grade Twelve
• Must have worked in a similar position before
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have an ability to resolve guest complaints and working under pressure
• Someone with the knowledge to handle conferences and banqueting services
• At least 2 years work experience in the related field

Summary Responsibilities

• Supervision of others in a professional manner
• Training of junior staff to ensure provision of high level of service
• Ensure the service is on point and timely
• Evaluation of customer service
