Ensure smooth flow of overall operations.

Must be able to effectively communicate with employees and guests in a courteously.

Handle Guest queries, complaints and issues in a professional manner.

Monitor the overall duties and responsibilities of Captains and Crew.

Ensure all the preparations are completed before the start of a trip.

Coordinate with other departments for smooth Operations.


Ideal candidate should be smart, presentable, proactive and flexible

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service / Front Office / Guest Relations.

Should possess excellent Communication Skills and Computer Skills.

Experience in Aviation and Hospitality will be given first preference.

Females only below 32 years.
