Job Summary:

Manage the sales team and ensure company meet the annual sales targets

Responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, end-users and partners.

Expected to lead and present technical discussions internally as well as externally, with customers, partners, and suppliers, therefore, should be technically sound and able to learn new technologies within a short time

Lead agriculture department budgeting and forecasting functions

Achieving growth and meeting sales budget

  • Formulate and update annual budgets, half year, quarterly and monthly forecasting
  • Manage key accounts, direct and drive new business and sales
  • Manage the sales team and ensure the sales team meet their sales targets
  • Assist in scheduling and conducting customer meetings with the sales team
  • Approve customer proposals and conduct weekly follow-up meetings with the sales team
  • Submit monthly sales reports
  • Generate sales leads
  • Assist the sales team in creating new customer accounts
  • Maintain high level of product/system knowledge
  • Meet company sales targets
  • Present and demonstrate systems / products
  • Conduct market and products research to identify market need and trends
  • Support all customer requirements in conformance with company’s policies and procedures
  • Maintain updated customers list
  • Oversee and manage debt collection by the sales team

Conduct periodic meetings with sales team to ensure continuous assessment

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an agriculture-related subject from a recognised University

Proficiency in:

  • Ms Office
