Zambezi Tours is looking for a friendly and efficient Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and courteously.
- Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
